Tyson Foods, Inc., the world-class food company and recognized leader in protein, wished to increase team member registration and engagement in “Living Well at Tyson Foods,” the company’s online well-being program. As part of EXMSuite’s strategic, multi-channel campaign, a fully animated marketing video promoting the benefits of the program was concepted, written, designed, and produced.
A fun avatar character, Tyson (Ty) Wellbe, was developed to be a universal and unifying element in the video to bridge the diversity of cultures and languages that make up Tyson Food’s 139,000-member workforce. Ty illustrates how the program can benefit the health and well-being of team members and their families and how easy it is to register and access the program 24/7 with a QR code. The video also promotes the opportunity to win high-value prizes through registration and ongoing participation. The video was displayed on screens wherever team members gathered, such as common areas and cafeterias.
