Renowned as the nation’s longest-running fair, spanning 24 consecutive days, the annual State Fair of Texas serves as a premier platform for showcasing Texas agriculture. Among its diverse attractions, the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) operates the GO TEXAN Pavilion, providing GO TEXAN partners with an exclusive opportunity to engage directly with the public.
To enhance the experience of their GO TEXAN General Store, TDA collaborated with Encore to design complimentary recipe booklets to distribute to visitors. Each booklet features four classic recipes crafted using ingredients sourced from GO TEXAN vendors.
