Tyson Foods – Total Rewards Branding

As part of an initiative to better communicate employee benefits and lifestyle support, a comprehensive brand identity was developed for Tyson Foods’ Total Rewards. Building from the primary Tyson Foods brand, the Total Rewards branding was designed to communicate the importance of employee health, compensation, and overall well-being. 

Designed to feel both familiar and distinct, the Total Rewards wordmark uses Tyson Foods’ signature red and a clean typographic style to align with the core brand while creating a bold and approachable identity for employee rewards. 

Along with the Total Rewards wordmark, an icon set was developed to highlight key employee benefit offerings and create a more engaging, easy-to-navigate visual system for employee-facing communications.

Additionally, the Total Rewards branding includes a selection of photography that showcases real, relatable moments to support a more diverse, people-centered and approachable brand.
