To highlight specialty crop producers, TDA collaborated with Encore to create educational cutting boards that they can share with the general public.
These boards showcase watercolor illustrations of each crop, complemented by color-coded borders. Each board presents three fun and engaging facts, along with per-serving nutritional information, to inspire health-conscious choices. Additionally, an estimated serving size area assists the public in portioning food, making these boards both visually appealing and educational tools for meal preparation.
